About Jim Arthur
Jim Arthur, the Dean of the Calvary Road Bible Institute, is a long-time member of Calvary Road Baptist Church.
At the spiritual level, Jim's calling is to teach. He currently teaches the Bible Institute, regularly teaches one Sunday School class at
Calvary Road and is the substitue teacher for a second. He has either taught regularly or been a full time substitute teacher ever since joining CRBC
and had teaching experience prior to coming to CRBC. Teaching God'sWord is in his blood and shows up as he publishes many of his lessons on a personal website,
Jude Ministries.
At the educational level, Jim holds a Master of Divinity degree from Luther Rice Baptist Seminary
and a Doctorate of Theology from Andersonville Theological Seminary. He also holds
a bachelor's degree in business administration and a law degree.
Jim and his wife Debbie have one daughter, Becky, who married in August of 2007. Debbie is the current the head of the Women's ministry at CRBC. You can read more about the
