A New Season
Come September the Bible Institute classes resume once again. For our basic survey classes we undertake the Prophecy Semester — all of the Old Testament prophets, the last portion of the New Testament, including Revelation, and the final three doctrines. It is a great semester and a time of wonderful and fun learning.
On Thursday nights we investigate Paul’s final three letters and consider the question, “If you knew you were dying, what would you write about?” I suspect your answer is different from Paul. The Apostle focuses upon the church, false teachers, false doctrines, and the importance of the Word of God in this mix. The end is near, both for Paul and for the church. The question we need to consider is “how do we handle this concept of the end?”
Our study of the prophecies will prepare us for this answer. Come and join us.
